By accessing or using CoverBase ("the Service"), operated by Nudg AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CoverBase is a compliance management platform for small businesses that provides policy tracking, electronic signatures, asset inventory management, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period and you will be charged at the rate for your selected plan. You may cancel at any time from your account Settings.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload malicious content; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or (e) interfere with the Service's operation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.
The Service facilitates electronic acknowledgment of policies. Signatures collected through the Service include typed name, IP address, and timestamp. These records are intended for internal compliance purposes and may not constitute legally binding signatures in all jurisdictions.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudg AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
